Having worked both on the agency and client side for more than 15 years, Rachel understands how to navigate both worlds. Rachel loves to brainstorm with business owners and pull the necessary items from her toolbox to grow their business or practice through marketing. In 2014, she established Heights Marketing, with the dual goals to help businesses and marketing & communications specialists with children to keep their skills and resumes fresh during their “at home with the kids” years. Rachel previously worked at JPMorgan Chase and Bayard Advertising in New York City and graduated from Trinity College in Connecticut. She lives in New Jersey and is mom to Jasmine, 12 and Sonya, 9.
For the past 8 years, Molly Feltner has helped nonprofits tell their stories and gain support through writing, photography, video, and digital media. A graduate of Dartmouth, she is passionate about helping health and conservation-based organizations including prior overseas work for Handicap International, Doctors without Borders, and Gorilla Doctors. Before working for NGOs, Molly worked as an award-winning travel writer and editor for seven years for publications such as National Geographic Traveler and SmarterTravel.com. Molly lives in Arlington, VA, with her husband and two dogs, Boots and Trofast.
Jocelyn graduated from Syracuse’s Newhouse School in 2000 with a degree in Advertising and has been doing graphic design, copywriting and public relations work ever since. She’s designed brochures for art museums, graphics for international NGOs and has brought her creativity to innumerable interesting projects along the way. She is based in North Carolina and a mom of 3!
Holly has been in the design field since 1999 while earning her Associates in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Since then she worked at a newspaper, freelanced for Munchkin Inc. while with Creative Circle, dabbled in the entertainment field as a creative coordinator at Universal Studios Home Entertainment Inc. in Universal City, California, and a creative coordinator in the banking industry at Bank of America’s in-house advertising agency in Wilmington, Delaware. After the end of her contract at BofA she ventured back to the Art Institute in 2010 for her BA in Graphic Design and since graduated in August, 2016. While in school she managed to get married and have two children, Finnigan, 5 and Ellie, 2. She is one of the lucky ones hired by Rachel to be a stay-at-home-mom and raise her kids and do what she loves, graphic design.
A pixel-perfect Digital Media Designer with a passion for effortless user experiences, Jeff creates websites, digital animation, online ads, public display ads, eLearning apps and interfaces for touch-enabled devices both big and small. Information Architecture, interactive wireframing, iterative prototyping and user journey planning inform his thought process from start to finish. Jeff is also a fully skilled print designer with experience across point-of-sale, direct mail and brochure design. Based in England, he has worked on projects for the FA Premier League, The Rugby World Cup, Miami International Airport, Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions, Hasbro, Arla Foods, Dunlop Tires, Hyundai, Diageo (their Guinness and Johnnie Walker brands), and Travelex. He is dad to future pro football (soccer) player Zack 11, and future pro gymnast, Jodie 13.
Amanda graduated with a bachelors in Marketing from Wilmington University. She worked in the field of marketing for several years at Advanced Back & Neck Pain Center (a chiropractic office located in Newark, Delaware) doing direct marketing, market research, and managing social media. She then worked in the financial industry for 5 years until leaving to be home for Riley, 5, Samuel, 2.
Whatever would we do without Raymond!?! Raymond helps with any technical hiccups we encounter and helps us with website development, troubleshooting and more. He has a degree from Katharine Gibbs School in Digital Media Arts. He lives in New York City.
